Cancellation & Refund Policy: The Pyramids Ballon Experience

1. General Policy

To ensure the safety and satisfaction of all passengers, Pyramids Ballon operates under strict adherence to the Egyptian Civil Aviation Authority (ECAA) and local weather safety protocols.

2. Cancellations by the Passenger

We understand that plans can change. To receive a refund, the following notice periods apply:

• More than 5 days before flight: Full refund (minus a 3% administrative processing fee).
• From 5 to 3 days before flight: 50% refund of the total booking price.
• Less than 48 hours before flight: Non-refundable.
• No-shows: Tickets are considered void and non-refundable if the passenger is not present at the launch site 15 minutes prior to their scheduled slot.

3. Weather & Safety Cancellations (The "Pilot's Call")

The Pyramids area can experience unpredictable wind shears or visibility issues. Safety is our absolute priority.

If we cancel the flight due to weather, technical maintenance, or restricted airspace orders from the authorities, you will be offered:

• An immediate rescheduling to the next available slot.
• A full refund if rescheduling does not fit your travel itinerary.

Note: Pyramids Ballon is not responsible for any travel or accommodation costs incurred due to a weather cancellation.

4. Technical Interruptions

In the event that a tethered flight is cut short (e.g., less than 50% of the promised duration) due to sudden wind changes or technical safety triggers:

Passengers will receive a pro-rated refund or a voucher for a future flight.

5. Refund Processing

All refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment (Credit Card, Digital Wallet, etc.).

Please allow 7-14 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.

6. Special Events & Group Bookings

For private events or groups of 10+, cancellation terms are governed by the specific service contract signed at the time of booking.
